Melody lives in southern Virginia with her husband of almost seventeen years and stays
at home with their five children-three girls and two boys. She is a homeschooling mama who
loves to teach and learn new things along the way. She loves the performing arts and has been
singing on stage since she was seven years old. She found out in 11th grade that writing was
something she was good at and continues to enjoy expressing herself through written words. She
especially enjoys writing about her relationship with the Lord. Her first children’s book, A
Moonlight Bike Ride: A Daddy and Me Story, was released the summer of 2025. It can be
